The Belize’s financial regulator IFSC warns against Tradeex and Club Fast Coin. Is Tradeex scam or reliable? What is the reason behind the warning against Club Fast Coin?
12 April, AtoZForex – The Belize’s International Financial Services Commission (IFSC) issues a warning notice against Tradeex and Club Fast Coin. According to the warning, both the brokerage firms have no authority from the Belize’s financial regulator to provide their services in the country.
TRADEEX scam or reliable
The Belize watchdog warns the investors that the stock brokerage firm “Tradeex Limited” falsely and fraudulently claims to be an International Business Company with registration in Belize. The company has kept the Certificate of Incorporation (No. 147,333) on its website that carries its name. Furthermore, under this certification, the brokerage firm claims to have registration in Belize City, Belize as an International Business Company.
In addition, the company further claims that it is an officially registered entity in Belize’s offshore zone. According to Tradeex, this gives them a tax-free foundation for any legal work throughout the world. But as per the IFSC warning, this Certificate of Incorporation posted by Tradeex on its website is a “complete forgery.” We are attaching a snap of the same certificate herein for the perusal of AtoZForex.com readers.
We tried to contact the brokerage firm Tradeex Limited on their UK number, but we were unable to reach them. Furthermore, we also tried to drop an email to their support team, but the email bounced back saying that the address was not found. Below you can see the snap of the response we got. Then, we drop an email on their other ID (advertising@tradeex.pro), but we did not receive any reply till this article was being drafted and later published.
What is the reason behind the warning against Club Fast Coin?
The Belize’s IFSC also adds a Forex broker “Club Fast Coin” to its warning list on the same day. The financial regulatory body’s notice states that the Forex broker is falsely claiming to be at the given address (24.5 Old Northern Highway, Boston Village, Belize District, Belize C.A.). The IFSC found that the representation made by the brokerage firm on its website is inaccurate and misleading.
While reviewing the website of the broker, we also learned that the company listed two different addresses. The company mentions the above address in their contact us details as their location. Whereas on the same page, below the terms and conditions link, we saw one more address as 1024, Newton Barracks Rd, Belize City, Belize. Moreover, we did not find any phone number in their contact details. Instead, they provide Skype details and email address on their website.
Is Club Fast Coin scam or reliable?
Club Fast Coin operates in Forex markets, stock exchange, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and various projects in different industries, metals, etc. The Forex broker claims to be a registered company in Belize. But according to the IFSC warning notice, Club Fast Coin does not hold any legal registration or license by the commission of Belize to perform their financial services in the country.
In addition, IFSC stresses further that the brokerage firm does not hold authorization from any other competent authority in Belize to engage in any kind of business. The Belize watchdog warns to take note and exercise extreme caution to all the concerned persons.
