The Nova Scotia Securities Commission is alerting investors that Kaizen Group International Ltd. and kaizenglobal.com are not registered to sell securities in Nova Scotia. Kaizenglobal.com is owned by Kaizen Group International Ltd., a company registered in England and Mr. Reza Mokhtarian is the sole director and secretary of the company. Hence, for the fraud the director of the company has been charged with fraud over $5,000.

Kaizen Group scam or reliable?

Kaizenglobal.com and its products have been promoted through social media. The committee warns that online advertising services are a dangerous place to shop for investments. Thus, it recommends exercising intense caution when dealing with firms not registered in Nova Scotia. Hence, it is illegal to quest investments to Nova Scotians without registering with the commission.

According to the Nova Scotian watchdog, this firm is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or exchange contracts in the province and is one of many alerts issued by the watchdog which involves unauthorized soliciting or contact with retail investors in Canada by unlicensed brokers. Moreover, the warning after briefly explaining certain risks related to derivatives products.

Role of Canada NSSC for regulating securities trading

The NSSC is the independent provincial government agency responsible for regulating securities trading in Nova Scotia through the administration. Furthermore, the regulator provides information and resources for investors, including investor warnings about individuals and companies that engage in unauthorized activities.
