25 July, AtoZForex – In January of 2015, Barclays Premier League Champions Manchester City FC have signed a global partnership with FXPRIMUS, an online Forex trading broker. The partnership was supposed to last for 3 years, however, after 1,5 year the news came in about FXPrimus Manchester City Sponsorship terminated.

According to the reports, one and a half year deal was evaluated at $1.5 million. FXPRIMUS came up with the initiative to end the partnership after carefully reviewing its marketing strategy. Though, the company acknowledges that the partnership came at an optimal moment for the firm, however, FXPRIMUS has decided to focus its marketing strategy on the main aspects of the company’s product.

After the FXPRIMUS Manchester City Sponsorship terminated, the brokerage is currently not planning a different sponsorship deal. Partnership with the globally famous company or brand brings access to a new market. In the case of a previous deal, the new client base was football fans. Football sponsorships provide great exposure and a perfect way to create brand awareness globally. So, who knows, maybe the firm will partner with another sports brand? But they say not in the imminent future.
