UK Regulator Exposes Cryptenix as Unauthorised Broker
UK FCA has added Forex and cryptocurrency brokers Cryptenix (trading name of Finplex Group LTD) its warning list. The regulator has also warned the local residents to pay attention when dealing with the broker. The broker targets UK investors with FX, CFDs, and crypto trading services. “We believe this firm has been providing financial services or products in the UK without our authorization,” the UK regulator stated on Cryptenix warning. “Almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK have to be authorized by us.”
