28 December, AtoZForex.com, Amsterdam — Today’s CONSOB warning on OptionCM and CRlink limited, has been issued after the Italian financial regulator discovered that its parent firm DGX SYSTEM Ltd (DGX) is not authorize to provide any investment services in the Italian jurisdiction. The warning of DGX came today along with the clamp down on the website ifx4u.com, marking the increased regulated activities of the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB).
OptionCM is not compliant with any regulator

DGX owns the brand name OptionCM, a binary options trading platform and brokerage firm that claims to be operating over 90 countries worldwide. DGX operates OptionCM through the website optioncm.com domain, except within the EU Economic Area.
According to the website of OptionCM, was founded by a group of experienced professionals with a financial trading background. OptionCM offers tradable stocks, commodities, indices and currencies on its binary options platform. Interestingly, the financial firms claims to provide increased secured money management, AML procedures and even a risk warning, yet the firms does not disclose to be compliant with any of the renowned financial regulators.
