Why did RoboForex change its Belize company name?


July 16, AtoZForex – Earlier today Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and International Financial Services Commission(IFSC) of Belize regulated broker RoboForex notified the public that the name of RoboTrade Ltd company was changed to Roboforex Ltd.

Why did RoboForex change its Belize company name?

The brokerage is operating under the license IFSC/60/271/TS/16 and has changed its name with the purpose of unification of the names within Roboforex group.

Roboforex is regulated by CySEC with its headquarters in Limassol for European clients. Also, its Belize regulated brokerage is able to service more jurisdictions and suggests the cTrader platform, which cannot be provided by the CySEC EU regulated office.

Additionally, the brokerage holds the IFSC of Belize license for trades in commodity and financial based derivative instruments and securities. The latest update of the license is recorded on the 2nd June 2016.

What is more, Roboforex has implemented other changes just recently. The brokerage has removed Binary Options from the offers and the web platform put offline currently.

Roboforex’s clients won't be required to perform any additional actions from their side, as for RoboForex change its Belize company name. All the terms of services provided by the firm remain its name.
