Craig Wright claim for the Bitcoin trademark

It is notable that Escobar Family owned Bitcoin Satoshi Trademark before Wright. By the time self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto Craig Wright came along with his own trademark claims, Escobar Family had been in control of the Bitcoin Satoshi trademark for four months.

When Craig Wright filed his own claim in November 2018, the United States Patent and Trademark Office sent to Coin Legal document notifying them of the deadline. The official note stated :

To avoid abandonment of applicant’s trademark application, the USPTO must receive the applicant’s complete response to this letter within 6 months of the issue/mailing date below.

However, the Coin Legal company did not provide any response to the US agency and six months later Wright got free right to declare the Bitcoin trademark his. Which Wright and his supporters, including Calvin Ayre did with immediate speed.

The announcement created had shaken up the entire crypto community, causing Bitcoin SV price surge above 100%. Hours after, however, Bitcoin SV lost nearly 50% to stay around $100 and had remained steady ever since.

Moreover, while the community was still boozing about Craig Wright’s initiative, the US Copyright Office via its press release stated that it does not recognize Craig Wright as Satoshi.

Robert “El Osito” Escobar, what does world know about him?

Roberto de Jesús Escobar Gaviria was born in 1944, he is a younger brother of notoriously known Columbian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar.

Roberto was allegedly an accountant and co-founder of the Medellín Cartel, which was responsible for up to 80 percent of the cocaine smuggled into the United States.

According to the different media resources, Roberto Escobar was given his nickname “El Osito” (Little Bear), because of his appearance while participating in a cycling competition. Escobar was allegedly a prominent participant in road cycling events in his native Colombia in the mid-sixties.

For his part in the operations of the Medellín Cartel, “El Osito” was imprisoned in October 1992, escaped one time, but was captured and spend in jail more than 10 years.

Escobar family relationship with crypto

Back in March 2018, Roberto De Jesus Escobar Gaviria launched his own dietbitcoin “DDX” cryptocurrency ICO. He was promising then, that the crypto, would offer a faster and lighter alternative to Bitcoin.

According to that year announcement, the users could buy the token at a 96 percent discount: down to US$2 from US$50. In addition to the new currency, Escobar released a book – titled Pablo Escobar’s Diet Bitcoin where he explained his motivation to launch his coin.

However, it seems that the campaign did not go well as the website www.dietbitcoinICO.org is now unreachable.

It is worth to mention, that recently Craig Wright declared about eventual disappearance of Bitcoin. He explained it by saying that this crypto is used in criminal business, which is a perversion of his original vision for the cryptocurrency.
