SFC warning against CVC Groups Private Capital

CVC Ltd, also known as CVC Groups Private Capital, claims its address to be registered in Hong Kong. The regulator states in an official statement that the CVC Groups Private Capital provides a false address, as the firm is not found by the address, indicated on their official website. Beware of the Hong Kong regulator's remarks that the unlicensed entities often use names similar to legitimate companies to confuse investors. Hence, this unlicensed firm should not be confused with CVC Capital Partners, a private equity and investment advisory firm.

The SFC warning against CVC Groups Private Capital, was purportedly operated through www.cvcgroups.com. In an attempt to access the unauthorised website and reach out to CVC Groups Private Capital, it appears that the website is currently not functioning anymore.
