False trading license - beware!

This is not the first time a broker has falsified the IFSC license. Earlier, in April this year, the iFSC has issued a warning notice against Tradeex and Club Fast Coin. Both the brokerage firms have no authority from the Belize’s financial regulator to provide their services in the country.

The Belize watchdog warns the investors that the stock brokerage firm “Tradeex Limited” falsely claims to be an International Business Company with registration in Belize. In addition, the company further claims that it is an officially registered entity in Belize’s offshore zone. According to Tradeex, this gives them a tax-free foundation for any legal work throughout the world. But as per the IFSC warning, this Certificate of Incorporation by Tradeex on its website is a “complete forgery.”
