London based Forex and CFDs broker ETX Capital is undergoing some changes in the management. The firm has informed the public that ETX Capital CEO Andrew Edwards resigns.

Now, as Andrew Edwards leaves ETX Capital, Arman Tahmassebi will replace him. In fact, Mr. Tahmassebi has joined ETX Capital as the COO. Prior to working with ETX Capital, Arman Tahmassebi has been serving as the COO at London Capital Group Holdings plc. He also has served as Global Head of Operations at IG Group Holdings plc.

ETX Capital under Andrew Edwards's leadership

Mr. Edwards has joined ETX Capital back in 2003 as Head of Trading. Previously, he has been a part of City Index, which now is a branch of Gain Capital Holdings Inc.

Andrew Edwards has become the CEO of ETX Capital back in 2009. Under his leadership, the brokerage has grown significantly. He has led the company to the point, where it became of the of the leading CFD providers in the UK.

The Non-executive Chairman of ETX Capital, John Wilson, has commented on Andrew Edwards’s leave:

“The Board wishes to thank Andrew for the commitment and leadership he has shown throughout the last 14 years. During his time at ETX Andrew has helped build the company from a small UK firm to a truly global online trading provider. The Board wishes him well for the future.

The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Arman Tahmassebi as CEO. Arman has played a key role in ETX since his appointment as COO in 2016 overseeing the Operations, Dealing and Product Development teams.
