Continuing its series of warnings, the Italian CONSOB has added new Forex and Binary Options brokers to its alert list. The CONSOB warning against Forex brokers includes the likes of FXMC, CMB and other firms.
30 January, AtoZForex – The Italian financial markets regulator Commissione Nazionale per la Societá e la Borsa (CONSOB) issued a public warning against Forex and Binary Options brokers. Additionally, the Italian CONSOB warning against Forex brokers were issued due to lack of authorization.
CONSOB Binary Options Broker warnings
In terms of binary options brokers, the watchdog states that Dc Digital Processing 2 Ltd. and Green Galaxy International SA were lacking authorisation. The firms operate through the domain www.optionbit-it.com.
Furthermore, Ob Fenix “Binary Options Provider” is also not approved in Italy. It is unauthorised to offer out-of-office services, promote binary options, and provide investments advices. The broker is operating through the website www.obfenix.com.
CONSOB warning against Forex brokers
Aside the binary option brokers, Forex broker Markets Capital Ltd. has been added to the CONSOB warning list. The firm operates through the website www.fxmarketscapital.com and www.fxmc.eu. Moreover, the watchdog states that that the company has no authority to provide any financial services and business in Italy.
Furthermore, the watchdog mentions companies such as Capital Markets Banc, Joshua Development Limited, and Astra Financial Limited. Moreover, the regulator prohibits many companies from providing investment solutions and business as they have no authority or license to do so. Hence, they can’t provide their services through the domain www.capmb.com.
Lastly, CONSOB warns against Blue Seal Limited. A Forex broker that offers online trading through the popular MT4 platform. Moreover, the financial firm operates through the website www.vix500.com. CONSOB discovered that the firm is also unauthorised. Hence, the broker is not allowed to provide their investment and business services in Italy.
Italian CONSOB latest warnings
Last month, the Italian watchdog issued a warning against Binary Options provider Easyinvestment 500. The CONSOB states that the firm operates through the domain www.easyinvestment500.com. Additionally, the watchdog mentioned that the entity has no authority or license to provide any financial investment services to Italian investors.
Moreover, the watchdog warned against 9 brokers last month including the company Advanced Binary Technologies Ltd. Also, CONSOB mentioned that the brokers were suspended for 90 days from their activities in Italy.
