Ever since August this year, the firm has been red flagged by three different global regulators already of unauthorized dealings in the various regions. Yet, yesterday the South African financial regulator has followed the lead of others, issuing also a warning on Broker Capital.

Although, having the capability to support their services in ten different languages, it does not mean that the company is freely to execute unsolicited telephone calls to international investor. Apparently, this has been the case, as Broker Capital is blacklisted by 4 regulators at the moment.
