Avatrade, a financial broker headquartered in Dublin with numerous offices globally, offers its services through its online trading platforms and mobile apps, offering trading in numerous markets, including currencies, commodities, stock indices, equities, ETFs, bitcoin, binary options and bonds.
The management of AvaTrade announced the closure of its binary options brand PowerOptions, informing current clients and affiliates that the brand will cease operations from tomorrow,10th December, 2014.
The following statement was released to this effect:
“It is with great sadness that we announce that www.poweroption.com will be closing for business this month.
The site will officially close for registration and deposits on the 10th of December 2014.
Due to this please note that we are closing poweroption’s affiliate program, www.Powerbucks.com.
Any affiliate payment due will be made within the month.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for putting your trust in PowerOption and wish you successful deals in the future.”
A direct relationship between Avatrade and poweroptions would have been hard to establish as the parent company seems to have intentionally tried to distinguish both brands and clearly separating them.
