31 March, ADS Securities – The GBPUSD pair traded in the green in the last session, after the consumer confidence in Britain surprisingly remained steady for the month of March. Further, investors await the response of EU Council President Donald Tusk on Brexit proceedings.

GBPUSD Positive bias on Intraday

Early today, the pair started the session with an upside tone, ahead of the UK GDP data to be released later today. Additionally, the MACD indicator is trading in the positive territory, further substantiating the above stance. Key technical barrier is positioned at the crucial 1.2500 level, followed by the 1.2510 and 1.2525 levels. A break above the latter might trigger further positivity in the pair. Conversely, the key support is situated at the 1.2475 level, followed by the 1.2465 where EMA 55 is trading and 1.2450 levels.
